Wood Figure of Bodhisattva

18/19^th Century

Height: 28 cm


Seated in virasana, both hands express teaching gestures, bejeweled, his face with serene expression, arched eyebrows above slit eyes, aquiline nose, smiling lips, elongated earlobes .His body covered with pink gold/bronze colour lacquer, the hair royal blue. Beautiful patina.
