Ivory figure of sitting Buddha

19th Century

Height: 7,8 cm

Seated in virasana on a high   base, his right hand in abhayamudra, the left resting on his lab, wearing samghati, his face with serene expression,   arched eyebrows above incised  eyes, aquiline nose, happy face with smiling lips, elongated earlobes, curled hair dress and usnisha. Very beautiful  patina  which shows the age.
